From an idea to reality
Clear in mind – to create a temporary home for those seeking peace and quiet in the midst of the Dolomites. A retreat from the hustle and bustle to fully recharge the batteries.
Optimal – far from the hustle and bustle and yet close to the centre. Only 10 minutes walk from your home to the centre of Sesto. A nice side effect: up to 10 hours of sunshine per day.
Impressive – 5 new detached chalets with their own sun terrace and garden. These are now ready to form the perfect retreat for your relaxation.
The Pitterlehof was the perfect starting point for this building project. The location and quiet were ideal to create a place of power. In April 2017 the construction phase finally began with the straightening of the slope. Then the construction company Kargruber and Stoll delivered the stone pine walls and erected them one after the other. The 5 holiday homes were completed in October 2017.
Sustainability was also taken into consideration: the heat comes from the specially constructed pellet stove, which can generate up to 40 kW of energy.
