RESERVATION:
To confirm your request, you will be asked by us to transfer a deposit amount to our account.
Please state the date of your stay as the reason for the transfer in your deposit.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Cancellations are very cumbersome for the guest and for the operator. Therefore we have set the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival: free cancellation
- From 4 weeks to 2 weeks before arrival: Deposit amount
- From 2 weeks to 1 day before arrival: 70% of the overnight stay price.
- 1 day before arrival or no-show: 100% of the price of the overnight stay
